I hold Advanced Level training in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, representing hundreds hours of specialized training in working with the craniosacral system – the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect your brain and spinal cord.

My Journey to CranioSacral Therapy

My dedication to natural healing methods began in 1992, when I had a near-death experience caused by an aggressive form of cancer. While conventional treatment saved my life, I realized I would need alternative approaches to truly regain my health and vitality.

I explored acupuncture, massage, nutrition, meditation, and CranioSacral Therapy – and found that CST had the most profound impact on my nervous system and overall healing.

This experience awakened my intuitive guidance and called me to leave the corporate world to dedicate my life to helping others through CranioSacral work.

Today, I specialize exclusively in Advanced Level CranioSacral Therapy, though I’m also trained in complementary modalities including SomatoEmotional Release and Reiki that I may incorporate when appropriate to support your healing process.
